About Initiation and our training
Many of the well-known artists, philosophers, healers and teachers
of the past have passed through some kind of spiritual training and as a result became
so-called “initiates” or “consecrated”. They were, as one used to say, “initiated into
the mysteries” and had gained deeper insights into the soul and spiritual laws of life
than would have been possible for “normal mortals”.
In earlier times initiation had to exclude the public and was mainly carried out in secret.
It was characterised by rituals and mystical, esoteric events. Nowadays the training of
initiates can take place in a completely new, public and free form.
The “Initiatory Training”, which we want to introduce to you with this flyer,
aims for a free and undogmatic way of dealing with esoteric thoughts. Together with
the repeated chance of meeting with spiritual teacher Heinz Grill, this opens
access for each individual to the creative worlds of the spirit and the hidden
perceptions of the soul.
Such a training is not, as one could perhaps suppose, only possible for
particularly gifted people. Each person, who seriously searches for the
spirit to deepen and permeate their lives, can take this path. Seekers
who have patience and perseverance will not only gather personal experiences
that expand their consciousness, but will awaken in themselves a sunlike
love, which begins to radiate from them onto others and onto creation.
With this training we wish to enable everyone who wishes for self-development
and self-perfection to have as rational and ordered an
access as possible to an initiatory training, so that initiation
can become an integral aspect of contemporary cultural life.
