For whom is the Initiatory Training suitable?
The Initiatory Training is open to everyone, quite independent of previous knowledge or
particular skills. It is for everyone who wants to dedicate themselves intensely to a training of the
character and of the soul-forces, and sees this as an essential contribution to life.
As mentioned above, the basis of the Initiatory Training is the esoteric research
and the spiritual path of Heinz Grill. The Anthroposophy of Rudolf Steiner and the
Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo are also paths of training which are closely related
and to which close attention is paid. One of the most essential requirements for
participating in this training is to be able to appreciate and recognise the
spiritual statements of these masters as an authentic, living awareness of the
higher worlds. Those interested in participating in the training should also,
on the other hand, have the inner need and wish not to associate in a passive
way with a religious movement or world-view, but to awaken a higher awareness
in themselves and so a true, inner understanding of esoteric content.
Rudolf Steiner describes this context in his “Theosophy”:
The true spiritual researcher never speaks with the expectation of meeting blind faith in what he says. He merely says, "I have experienced this in the spiritual regions of existence and I narrate my experiences." He knows also that the reception of these experiences by another and the permeation of his thoughts with such an account are living forces making for spiritual development.
